Licensing summary.
Tangent Medulla delivers capability through infrastructure, not source. Below is the framework.
The CORE APEX subscription is licensed as a service, not as software. You receive the right to consume signals and execution on your own account; you do not receive code, weights, or the right to redistribute.
Subscription license
The $30/month subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-distributive license to receive CORE APEX signals and execution routing for use with a single broker account belonging to the subscriber.
What you receive
Real-time signal delivery (email, Telegram, webhook), execution routing through the broker integrations you authorise, weekly P/L summaries and monthly attribution reports, access to the subscriber Slack channel, and quarterly methodology notes.
What you don't receive
Subscribers do not receive: source code, model weights, training data, internal documentation, or any material that would permit reconstruction of the algorithm. This is not a negotiable point — it protects the integrity of the strategy for every subscriber.
Termination
You may cancel at any time by email or Slack. Within the first 14 days, you receive a full refund. After that, you keep access through the end of the billing period. Upon termination, your subscriber license ends and signal delivery to your account ceases.
Third-party licenses
Our services incorporate open-source components under their respective licenses. Where those licenses permit network-service use without distribution obligations, we comply with their terms in full.
