Nature of the service
Tangent Medulla provides software-driven trading signals and execution routing for the CORE APEX algorithm. We do not manage client funds, hold client assets, provide personalised advice, or act as a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or fiduciary in any capacity. Funds remain at all times in your own broker account, under your own control.
Trading risk
Trading financial instruments carries substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire principal. Leveraged trading (including margin accounts, futures, perpetuals, CFDs, and similar instruments) can result in losses exceeding your initial deposit. Cryptocurrency markets are particularly volatile and may involve additional technical, counterparty, and regulatory risks. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
No guarantees
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Live and historical results are subject to the limitations of any quantitative strategy, including but not limited to: regime shifts, liquidity changes, execution slippage, and broker-specific behaviour. Live performance may differ materially from any historical results presented.
Subscriber responsibility
You are solely responsible for: (a) your own trading decisions; (b) your risk management, position sizing, and capital allocation; (c) evaluating whether the CORE APEX service is suitable for your objectives, risk tolerance, and jurisdiction; (d) complying with all laws and regulations applicable to you, including tax, securities, and commodities law; (e) the security of your broker and exchange accounts; (f) independently verifying any output or signal before acting on it.
Performance disclosures
Performance figures on this site are derived from live trading on the founders' own accounts, audited via broker statements. Headline figures are after execution costs. Drawdowns are disclosed honestly. Third-party attestation of broker statements is available to qualified counterparties under NDA.
